LBH/HSC is a critical access hospital providing 24-hour emergency services, outpatient/inpatient services, swing bed services, and respite care services to Union and surrounding counties. We are devoted to providing quality healthcare in a comfortable setting to all members of our community.

LBH/HSC specializes in hand surgery and works closely with Ramadan Hand Institute in the treatment of hand injuries and diseases in Lake Butler, Gainesville, Lake City, Palatka and the surrounding areas. We accept referrals and transfers from other physicians and facilities to LBH/HSC for treatment of hand injuries or disorders.

Located inside LBH/HSC is our rural health clinic, Lake Butler Family and Pediatric Clinic, which is a medical practice devoted to the health and well being of all members of the family: Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, Women’s Health and Geriatrics.
